Located in the heart of Lower Caversham, the Weller Centre was opened in September 2017 to provide a thriving and vibrant community centre primarily for the residents of Caversham.

Aiming to provide activities, events and services for as well as offering help to anyone in need throughout Caversham, the Weller Centre acts as a Distribution Centre able to supply families in the RG4 area with basic food packages, clothes, furniture, internet access, printing, and signposting.

The Centre caters for all ages and has six separate area that can be hired separately or together in any combination including a Sports Hall, Therapy/121 room, Meeting room, Garden room and Café.

Avanti Freewheelers – Reading Events at the Weller Centre

Avanti Freewheelers – Reading offers a variety of events and activities based at/starting from the Weller Centre including regular scheduled Led Fun Rides, Led Adventure Rides, Dr Bike and Learn How to Fix Your Bike sessions. We also offer Learn to Ride, Try Something New and Learn New Skills sessions.
